Castellammare del Golfo

Day 1 – Benvenuti in Sicilia!

• Arrive at Palermo (PMO) Falcone–Borsellino Airport and enjoy a private transfer to your base in Castellammare del Golfo, arranged with the accommodation or an independent licensed provider, where you’ll check in to your charming BnB. Surprise location coming soon!

• Begin your Sicilian adventure with a welcome aperitivo on the marina, followed by a relaxed orientation stroll through the town’s picturesque streets, hosted by local partners.

• Conclude the evening with a traditional Sicilian dinner paired with Sicilian wines at a renowned local restaurant overlooking the harbor (sea-to-table cuisine celebrating the flavors of the Mediterranean), hosted by the restaurant’s own team.

Day 2 – Segesta & Calatafimi

• Begin the day with a visit to the magnificent Segesta Temple and Ancient Theater, marveling at the harmony of Greek architecture set against rolling Sicilian hills, with the support of licensed local guides from the archaeological park.

• Continue to Calatafimi to wander the ruins of its medieval castle and take in sweeping views of the countryside.

• Savor a cheese tasting at a local caseificio, where artisan cheesemakers host the experience and share their traditions and flavors.

• Spend the late afternoon unwinding at the Terme Segestane, soaking in the natural thermal waters — a place long celebrated in mythology and history for its restorative powers.

Day 3 – Marsala

Day 4 – Favignana & Levanzo

•Set sail on a full-day private boat adventure across the shimmering Tyrrhenian Sea to the stunning Egadi Islands of Favignana and Levanzo.

Day 5 – Palermo & Aspra

Day 8 – Erice & Farewell Celebration

Tipping

Gratuities are not required in Italy and are not expected.

Experience Overview

This off-road countryside experience explores the rural landscapes surrounding Segesta using 4×4 vehicles such as buggies, side-by-sides, or Jeeps.

Sometimes referred to as a “Safari of the Five Senses,” the journey blends natural scenery, cultural storytelling, seasonal flavor stops, and panoramic viewpoints across hills, orchards, forest tracks, and vineyard areas, with distant views of the Temple of Segesta.

Some extended options may also include a scenic stop near natural thermal springs.

• Standard countryside route: approx. 2.5 hours

• Extended routes: approx. 3.5–4 hours, with additional scenic detours

• Coastal variant (Trapani Shore 4×4 Safari): approx. 4 hours total, including transfers
