Terms and Conditions of Service – Sips of Sicily

1. Nature of the Service
Sips of Sicily, operated by Aerialrigs, is not a travel agency, tour operator, or tourism service provider.
Sips of Sicily acts exclusively as an experience curator, coordinator, and travel experience designer.
We do not sell travel packages, accommodation, transportation, meals, guided tours, or tourist services.
All such services are provided directly by independent third-party partners and are confirmed and paid separately by the guest.
Any description of itineraries, experiences, or locations on our website is purely illustrative and conceptual and does not constitute a binding travel package.
By booking with us, you acknowledge that you are not purchasing a travel package, but an Experience Design & Coordination Service.
2. Scope of the Service
Our service consists solely of:
• Experience design
• Creative itinerary planning
• Coordination with independent local providers
• Hosting and accompaniment
• On-site assistance as cultural facilitators
Sips of Sicily does not operate transportation, accommodation, restaurants, tours, or activities.
All services during the journey are delivered by independent third-party providers, who remain solely responsible for safety, quality, licensing, insurance, and legal compliance.
3. Payments
All payments made to Sips of Sicily refer exclusively to the Experience Design & Coordination Fee.
This fee does not represent payment for:
• accommodation
• transport
• meals
• guided tours
• tastings
• attractions
• tickets
Those services are contracted and paid directly by the guest to the respective providers.
4. No Package Travel Relationship
Sips of Sicily does not organize or sell “pacchetti turistici” as defined by Italian Legislative Decree 62/2018 (EU Directive 2015/2302).
Each service is separate, independent, and optional.
The guest freely chooses whether and how to contract each third-party service.
5. Assumption of Risk
By participating, the guest acknowledges that travel, walking, tastings, outdoor activities, and transportation involve inherent risks.
You voluntarily assume full responsibility for your participation.
Sips of Sicily is not liable for:
• injuries
• illnesses
• theft
• accidents
• delays
• service failures
• force majeure events
• acts or omissions of third-party providers
6. Insurance
Guests are fully responsible for obtaining adequate:
• travel insurance
• medical insurance
• cancellation insurance
• liability insurance
Sips of Sicily accepts no responsibility for any uninsured loss, injury, cancellation, or emergency.
7. Liability Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Sips of Sicily is not responsible for the performance of third-party services.
Our total liability, in any circumstance, is strictly limited to the amount paid for the Experience Design Fee.
8. Changes
All itineraries are flexible concepts.
Weather, availability, or operational needs may require modifications at any time.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Italian law.
Jurisdiction: Court of Trapani, Italy.
